Whole-home & storage unit cleanouts · Atlanta & North Metro Atlanta, GA
Estates, moves, rentals between tenants and storage units nobody has opened in a long time. You mark what stays, our crew lifts and loads everything else, and the price is agreed before we start.
What we do
Jobs like these usually start with one of these four reasons.
When a parent's or relative's home has to be emptied, the family sets aside what is being kept and we clear the rest, room by room, at a pace that works for you.
Leaving a house with more than the moving truck can take, or arriving at one the last owner did not empty. We take what is left so the keys can change hands.
Rentals left full after a tenant moves out, and listings that need to show empty. We clear the unit, and you can schedule the next showing or the cleaners.
We meet you at the facility, load out the unit, so you can stop paying rent on things nobody wants back.
How we work
Text photos of each room or of the open storage unit to our number. We look at how much there is, how heavy it is and how far it has to be carried, then give you a price. The price is agreed before any work starts.

Before we lift anything, you or someone you trust shows us what is being kept, sold or handed to family. Tape, sticky notes or a room that is off limits all work. Everything else goes on the truck.

When the last load is out, the rooms are cleared of what we took, and we can send photos if you are not there. Nothing is left in a pile at the curb.

Why homeowners choose us
A whole-home cleanout is usually part of something harder, so we keep our part simple.

The quote
A cleanout is priced by the job, from your photos or a description. You get the number before we start, and if you add rooms or items on the day, we agree on the change with you first.

Someone has to show us what stays before we start. After that, you can hand us the keys, and we send photos when we finish.
Yes, as long as the facility will let us in. You arrange access with them, send us photos of the open unit and tell us what to keep; we load it out.
We do not take hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, fuel, asbestos or medical waste. If you find any while sorting, set it aside and tell us when you send photos.
